Haldir, one of Lothlórien's most trusted captains and skilled archers, is tasked with defending the forest's boundaries. It was Haldir who led the Galadhrim to Helm's Deep to honor the alliance that once existed between Men and Elves, a noble act, but one that would ultimately claim his life. However, their sacrifice was not in vain, as the forces that were brought to the Hornburg undoubtedly provided invaluable aid in the defense of the great fortress.
One of the oldest Elves still left in Middle-earth, Celeborn is wise and powerful almost beyond comparison. He has provided many words of wisdom to the Councils of the Wise since the days of the Last Alliance. Standing alongside Lady Galadriel as ruler of the Golden Forest, Celeborn stands firm and unwavering in the face of the Dark Lord's powers, and will continue to do so as the ages pass.
These two elven heroes are the best warriors available in the Lothlórien army roster. Both warriors are well-armed and wield their elven swords to deadly effect, and Celeborn also carries a shield, making him an even more formidable opponent to face.
