There are many Rangers in Middle-earth, from the Rangers of Arnor in the north to the Rangers of Gondor in the south. The Rangers of Arnor are grim-faced and worn like weathered rocks, having fought the Witch-king's legions for many years. After the fall of Fornost, these Rangers began patrolling the lands of Eriador, keeping Sauron's servants in line where they could and protecting the free people of Middle-earth.
Meanwhile, far to the south, Minas Tirith's finest warriors are recruited into the ranks of Rangers who patrol the borders of Ithilien, a rugged, forested region that is no place for shield walls and charging knights. As such, a Ranger's skills are those of forestry and archery, the ability to silently stalk prey before attacking with uncanny accuracy. With surprise on their side, a dozen Rangers can kill a much larger enemy.
This plastic box contains 26 components with which to assemble 24 Rangers of Middle-earth: 8 with bow, 8 with sword and 8 with spear. This set comes with 24 25mm round bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
