Many Necron invasions begin with Night Scythes flying through a world's void defenses. Powerful aerial combatants in their own right, the Night Scythes also employ invasion beams to generate wormholes through which invading infantry can march directly from the Necrons' distant necropolis worlds to begin their conquests anew.
The Night Scythe, with its crescent shape is an impressive miniature. Its many elegant panels are covered in necron iconography, and there are many orbs and grids located throughout the model, along with a thorn-shaped engine. In addition to a Necron pilot housed in the center of the model, it carries a double Tesla destroyer. The Night Scythe can devastate lightly armored enemies with these weapons, before unloading its passengers onto the battlefield to capture key objectives.
This multi-part plastic kit consists of 51 parts, a pole for flying miniatures, a large oval base and a Necron transfer sheet with which to assemble a Night Scythe. With this kit you can optionally assemble a Death Scythe.
