Punishers are powerful ranged support troops, commonly employed by the Lord-Arcananums of the Hallowed Chambers against those ethereal enemies that can kill with just a touch. The great thunderhead bows they carry are miracles of Azirite science and ingenuity, and they launch projectiles more like maces than mere bolts: strong shafts attached to reinforced heads filled with the stormy breath of star dragons. Not only capable of breaking through barricades with their weight, these powerful missiles can discorporealize the ethereal form of an evil creature in an instant.
Designed to be as easy as possible to assemble for new fans while still being detailed enough for the toughest veterans to appreciate, this kit assembles 3 easy-to-build Stormcast Eternals Castigators and a Gryph-hound. Snap fit, with no glue required, this kit is incredibly easy to put together and comes in a pre-colored gold plastic sprue.
Heavily armored, like most Stormcast Eternals, the Castigators are posed holding their immensely large thunderhead-shaped bows with both hands, as their weight requires. One model is male and the other female: both are found on ruins, the male on a fallen pillar and the female on a looted tomb, with remains scattered everywhere. Each is hooded, with a splendid tabard fluttering in front. The Castigator-Prime is presented in a more relaxed pose: his large thunderhead-shaped bow is raised over his left shoulder, and he holds his plumed helmet in his right hand, making his scowling, bearded face visible. The accompanying Gryph-hound stands proud atop a ruined piece of Sigmarite architecture, its cruel beak and claws enhanced by spiked armor.
This plastic kit consists of 19 components and is supplied with 4 sculpted 40mm round bases, each with holes for the corresponding pegs in the feet of each model. Includes a Stormcast Eternals sticker sheet.
