The Biophagus, master of genetic manipulation and bioalchemy, is responsible for industrializing the indoctrination and infection process. He invents new contaminants that infect his victims with xenos genetics, transforming their body and mind and making them susceptible to the cult's sinister influence. A Patriarch can grant a Familiar to a Biophagus, an assistant who sneaks into protected facilities to disperse chemical agents in water pumps or air filtration bellows.
In addition to providing considerable benefits to a nearby Genestealer Cults Aberrant unit, the Biophagus is a formidable melee fighter in its own right, making great use of its lethal injector. His Alchemicus Familiar can also aid him while enhancing the combat prowess of his mutated brethren, helping to make the massive Aberrants in your army even more dangerous.
The Biophagus is a multi-part plastic miniature, armed with an automatic rifle and an injector stinger, and accompanied by an Alchemicus Familiar. The set contains 10 pieces and is supplied with two 25 mm round bases.
