THE HISTORY
Paragons of the Stormcast Eternals, the Hammers of Sigmar take pride in their motto: first to be forged, never to fail. But when rumors reach Hammerhal that an old enemy rises in the wastelands of the Great Park, three of these warriors will be tested to their limits and will have to grapple with their roles as members of this warrior elite. Ferant Tidebreaker, a newly minted Liberator, struggles with his sense of unworthiness while assigned to the Hammerhands. Knight Relictor Actinus, one of the few survivors of a nearly destroyed chamber, searches in his faith for a reason to continue. Machaera Dawnstar, a fearless Knight-Judge, finds her leaping ambition no match for the desperate rigors of combat.
With Vandus Hammerhand himself leading the expedition to the Great Park, these vaunted Stormcasts must learn what it truly means to be the First Forged.
