Thanks to the fighting power of thousands of superhuman warriors like these, armed and armored for battle in the harshest environments and deadliest war zones, humanity's enemies have been repeatedly crushed. The Legion Tactical Squad is a highly flexible infantry unit, capable of attacking or defending at will, assaulting heavily fortified positions and taking and holding strategic objectives, or simply massacring an enemy comprehensively in almost any situation.
The MKIII 'Iron' power armor dates back to the wars of the Great Crusade and is famous for its use in full frontal assault due to its bulky but durable design.
This multi-part plastic kit builds 20 Space Marine Legionnaires, which you can deploy in games of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy as a 20-model Legion tactical squad or two 10-model units. Each of these legionnaires is armed with a boltgun and a bolt pistol, and you can optionally equip them with various additional components, such as grenades, pouches, and a bayonet for close combat. You can also form up to two Legionnaires with a Vexilla Legion, two with a Nuncio-Vox, and two with an Omen Scanner.
Accessories and alternative head options are included to build a Legion Tactical Sergeant for each of your squads; The kit offers a variety of additional weapon options for these unit leaders, including plasma pistols, energy swords, energy fists, and lightning claws.
These models have no Legion markings, allowing Warhammer fans to paint them in the colors of their choice. However, the box includes a transfer sheet with 293 optional markings and iconography for the Sons of Horus Legions and the Imperial Fists.
This multi-part plastic kit contains 368 plastic components and is supplied with 20 Citadel 32mm round bases and 1 Legiones Astartes infantry transfer sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
