It is the Tidecasters who conjure the ghostly sea that allows elves and aquatic beasts to move and breathe as if they were in their own natural environment. They are able to conjure spells from the repressed anguish of Idoneth, the curse that still echoes from the torture of their ancestors within Slaanesh. Such magics take the form of crushing waves of despair, black pits of hopelessness, or raging whirlwinds of horror that shatter the minds of the enemy, leaving them open to the attacks of Namarti and Akhelians. These enchantments are so powerful that some victims believe they are trapped underwater, causing them to drown in their own fear and pain.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble an Isharann Tidecaster. Standing on a large fallen aelven ruin (the head of a statue, with a rune carved into its forehead), she appears much like a mage summoning something dark: her eyes are closed and she clutches a rune. his right hand (the aelven rune for water, in fact, an indication of the ghostly seas he controls). She is clad in metal plate armor, with spiked shoulder pads supporting the large cape billowing behind her. Above its head is a finned crest attached to its helmet, with a shell in the center. Further denoting her status as a sorceress is a case of scrolls and a set of potion bottles hanging from her hip. She is armed with a pelagic staff and is accompanied by a guardian spirit that swims around her, protecting her from harm.
This kit consists of 12 components and is supplied with a Citadel 32mm round base.
