Model Color is a range of high opacity colors
and pigmentation, water-based, specially formulated to be
applied with a brush on resin, plastic or metal models and miniatures. The
Colors spread easily without hiding the finer details of the figures
or vehicles. All colors are miscible with each other and dry matte without leaving
trace of the brushstroke; They can be diluted with water or Vallejo Thinner ref. 70,524.
For airbrushing, it is recommended to dilute the color to 50% with Airbrush Thinner ref.
71,261. Possible errors can be corrected immediately with water or
alcohol. Once dry, the colors are permanent and waterproof.
The range contains a selection of military colors with their equivalents to
RAL, RLM, and FS and metallic, transparent, fluorescent and patina tones.
Transparent colors can be diluted with Brilliant Medium to
apply on vehicle optics, and the patinas are used for the purposes of
shading on the model.
