Any Mekboy can perform repairs in battle using only a heavy hammer-wrench, a bag of nails, and a healthy dose of inventiveness, but most work best in the familiar, anarchic environment of their own workshop. The Meks are more than capable of creating a workspace from whatever they find lying around, setting up rudimentary workshops among the remains of the battlefield while bullets are still flying around them. Greenskin vehicles roll toward these wobbly structures, their occupants hurl sacks of pine nuts at the resident Mek, and he and his assistants immediately get to work getting the Ork clients out with cooler weapons, souped-up engines, and extra armor plates.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the parts necessary to assemble a Mekboy Workshop. Made from metal beams that the enterprising Mekboy has scavenged from the clamor of battle around him, this workshop features a large workbench covered with the tools of his trade: a wall tool rack, a huge drill, a box of open-end wrenches, a vise and a bunch of spare parts: a custom force field generator, parts of a flywheel, radial saws... it may seem like a random assortment, but the Mekboy owner knows exactly where each piece is. what do you need. There is a support beam fixed to this workspace, a large motor suspended from chains and ready to install, and a long pillakozaz clamp that can be mounted facing any direction you want. It includes 3 barricades and 3 scrap piles, which can be placed around the workshop however you like, and the entire kit is compatible with the STC Ryza-pattern Ruins set.
