A Primaris Librarian in Phobos armor is a CG option for any Adeptus Astartes faction, including Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and even Space Wolves (for which he fills the Rune Priest role). He is a capable warrior and a powerful psychic who can manifest powers of the debilitating Darkening Discipline. He wears a psychic hood, giving him a better chance of thwarting the powers of enemy psychics. Like many other Vanguard units, the Primaris Librarian in Phobos armor also wears a cloak of camouflage to enhance the effects of cover.
