The Sisters of Battle make up the vast majority of the Militant Orders of the Adepta Sororitas. Each Battle Sister is an orphan raised from birth by the Schola Progenium to believe in the justice of their cause and trained from a young age in the use of a wide variety of weapons. The Battle Sisters squads are led by a Sister Superior, such as Amalia Novena, who belongs to the Order of Our Lady Martyr.
Based on the iconic Sisters of Battle illustration by Karl Kopinski, and clad in the classic power armor associated with the Adepta Sororitas, the Sister Amalia miniature is armed with a Godwyn-De'az designed boltgun. The pose is that of a sentinel and is supplied with a scenic pedestal representing the Convent Sanctorum of Ophelia VII, which includes the icon of the Order of Our Lady Martyr in the center of the pedestal.
This kit is supplied in 12 plastic components and includes a Citadel 32mm round base.
