Assault Intercessors are among the most widespread close support units in a Chapter's arsenal. Firing their heavy bolt pistols as they close in on the enemy, they charge into the fray, where they make quick work of their enemies with brutal blows from their chainswords.
Assault Intercessors are the perfect troop choice unit for players who prefer more aggressive strategies (or just like to charge at every enemy in sight!), where they can use their brutal close-range combat equipment in a deadly use.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a set of 10 assault intercessors. Models can be assembled as a 10-man squad, a 9-man assault intercessor squad with a sergeant, or 2 separate 5-man squads, each with a sergeant of their own. Each is armed with an Astartes chainsword and a heavy bolt pistol.
There are additional components in the kit that allow you to upgrade your Sergeant models with unique heads, a helmet magnetically locked to your belt, and unique rocker plates to help them stand out. Your Sergeants can also be equipped with a selection of specialized equipment, including a Power Sword, First Power Hammer, or Thunder Hammer in place of their Astartes Chainsword, and a Handheld Flamethrower or Plasma Pistol instead. of his heavy bolt pistol.
