Although the armies of the Elven Kingdoms rarely march into open war, they guard many of Middle-earth's major refuges and protect many lands that would have no hope of being protected. Among this army are the Wood Elves of Mirkwood, a once-great forest that has since fallen under the shadow of the Dark Lord Sauron. The Elves who still live there are a hardy but grim people, who will defend their borders against attack, but will rarely jump to the aid of other races. Over the centuries, nearly all Wood Elves have been called upon to fight at one time or another, using their deadly skills with bow, spear, and sword in the defense of their homes.
This plastic box contains 24 components with which to assemble 24 Wood Elf Warriors: 8 with a bow, 8 with an elven sword and 8 with a spear. This set comes with 24 25mm round bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
